What this checker can and cannot tell you
This checker does have real arithmetic behind it: the ABA checksum catches most single-digit and transposition errors, which is exactly what it was designed for.
Paysavo does not name the bank behind a routing number. The directories that provide that mapping restrict commercial redistribution.
A routing number identifies an institution, not an account. It cannot tell you whether the account number you were given is real.
Confirm the account name and number with your recipient directly, using a channel you already trust. If payment details arrive by email and differ from what you were expecting, treat that as a warning sign and call the person on a number you looked up yourself rather than one in the message.
